Transforming the lives of families experiencing homelessness. Because every child deserves a home.
We got to know Family Promise early on, as van drivers transporting families to and from the host church and the day center. Those were some very early mornings, especially in the winter! We could see how hard it is for families to be on the move, especially with babies and small children. But it was a commitment those parents were willing to make, and it gave them an option besides sleeping in a car or staying in abusive situations. Knowing the good work of Family Promise to provide that opportunity for families, we became monthly donors. Family Promise extends a helping hand for much longer than many organizations, and we're happy to be a small part of that every month.
